Mark Harmon from NCIS
My entire family recently got hooked on NCIS with over 20 seasons to watch. We are going through withdrawal pains now because we just watched the last episode. And yes NCIS is a real thing.
Mark Harmon is an American actor, known for his work in television and film. He was born on September 2, 1951, in Burbank, California.
Harmon began his acting career in the 1970s, appearing in several television shows and made-for-TV movies. He gained wider recognition for his role as Dr. Robert Caldwell on the NBC medical drama "St. Elsewhere" in the 1980s.
In the 1990s, Harmon starred in several movies, including "The Presidio" and "Summer School," but he is perhaps best known for his role as Leroy Jethro Gibbs on the CBS series "NCIS." He has been a regular on the show since its premiere in 2003.
Throughout his career, Harmon has received numerous awards and nominations, including two Emmy nominations for his role on "St. Elsewhere." He has also been recognized for his humanitarian work, serving as a spokesperson for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and working with various other charitable organizations.
