I am 72. I am writing this blog. I can't imagine not working. But it is different now. I work when I want and how I want.  Work is a lot less stressful than before I retired. I have a retired person's attitude. No more building a career. I am having fun in retirement. Seniors are becoming one of the dominate demographic groups and we are part of that group. We have a leg up on the younger employees.
